Schedule
Wednesday 28th August 2024
- 11 am – 6 pm: participants' arrivals;
- 12,30 pm: extra meal available upon order in the tournament registration form;
- 2 pm: rooms check-in;
- 7,30 pm: dinner at the Hotel's restaurant;
- 9 pm: opening ceremony and techical meeting open to all the participants. At the ceremony,organisational details will be given, matches schedules prints will be handed to those who requested them, bats and gloves players will use during the tournament will be checked and validated.
Thursday 29th and Friday 30th August 2024
- 7 am – 9 am: breakfast at the hotel restaurant;
- 8,00 am - 1,00 pm: matches;
- 1,00 pm - 2,30pm: lunch at the hotel restaurant;
- 2,30 pm - 8,30 pm: matches;
- 9 pm: dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Saturday 31st August 2024
- 7 am – 9 am: breakfast at the hotel restaurant;
- 8,00 am - 1,00 pm: matches;
- 1,00 pm - 2,30 pm: lunch at the hotel restaurant;
- 2,30 pm - 18,30 pm: matches;
- 7,15 pm: closing and award ceremony;
- 8 pm: poolside cocktail;
- 8,30 pm: dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Sunday 1st September 2024
- 7 am – 10 am: breakfast at the hotel restaurant;
- 8 am – 2 pm: participants' departure;
- 11 am: rooms check-out;
- 12,30 pm: extra meal available upon order in the tournament registration form.

Mercoledì 28 agosto 2024
- ore 11,00 – 18,00: arrivo dei partecipanti;
- ore12,30: pranzo extra consumabile esclusivamente su prenotazione tramite modulo di iscrizione al torneo;
- ore 14,00: check-in camere;
- ore 19,30: cena presso il ristorante dell’Hotel;
- ore 21,00: cerimonia di apertura del torneo e riunione tecnica aperta a tutti i partecipanti, durante la quale verranno comunicati dettagli organizzativi, consegnate stampe in nero delle partite a chi ne farà richiesta, controllate e convalidate le palette e i guanti che i giocatori useranno durante la competizione.
Giovedì 29 e venerdì 30 agosto 2024
- ore 7,00 – 9,00: colazione presso il ristorante dell’Hotel;
- ore8,00 – 13,00: partite;
- ore 13,00: pranzo presso il ristorante dell'Hotel;
- ore 14,30 – 20,30: partite;
- ore 21,00 cena presso il ristorante dell'Hotel.
Sabato 31 agosto 2024
- ore 7,00 – 9,00: colazione presso il ristorante dell’Hotel;
- ore8,00 – 13,00: partite;
- ore 13,00: pranzo presso il ristorante dell'Hotel;
- ore 14,30 – 18,30: partite;
- ore 19,15: cerimonia di chiusura e premiazioni;
- ore 20,00: aperitivo a bordo piscina;
- ore 20,30: cena presso il ristorante dell’Hotel.
Domenica 1 settembre 2024
- ore 7,00 – 10,00: colazione presso il ristorante dell’Hotel;
- ore 8,00 – 14,00: partenza dei partecipanti;
- ore 11,00: check-out camere;
- ore12,30: pranzo extra consumabile esclusivamente su prenotazione tramite modulo di iscrizione al torneo.
